In Act Two, Richard gets ready to go to the opening of his exhibit. He is more nervous now. Richard is worried about what people will think of his work. Marilyn: What are you afraid of? Richard: Everything. A critic was there this morning. He probably hates my work. Later Richard and Marilyn arrive at the gallery. What's wrong?
